• Business information (Prep Partners): business name, address, coverage, services, and listing details
• Shipment information (Sellers): product category, quantities, origin, intake method, and destination details entered into a request
• Communications: messages and correspondence sent through or related to the Service
• Log data: server-side records of account activity and actions taken on the Service, kept for security, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention

2. How we use information

• To operate matching between Sellers and Prep Partners
• To communicate with you about your account, requests, or listing
• To send optional email or SMS notifications you opt into
• To maintain and improve the Service, including troubleshooting and security

3. How we share information

When a Seller's request is matched or sent to a Prep Partner, relevant request details and contact information are shared with that Prep Partner so they can respond. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

4. Cookies & local storage

The Service uses a single, strictly-necessary cookie to keep you signed in, and our infrastructure providers may set essential security cookies (for example, to protect against automated abuse). When you arrive from a marketing or outreach link, we also store first-party campaign attribution — such as UTM parameters and the referring website — in your browser's local storage, and associate it with a Prep Partner account if you create one, so we can understand which outreach a signup came from. This attribution is first-party and used only for our own analytics; it is not sold, shared, or used for advertising, and we do not use advertising pixels or third-party tracking cookies. Because these are limited to essential functions and first-party analytics that do not track you across other websites, the Service does not display a separate cookie-consent prompt.

5. Data retention

We retain account and request information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and as required to comply with legal obligations.

6. Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting support@prepmarketplace.com. You can opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP, and out of optional email notifications from your account settings.

7. Children's privacy

The Service is intended for business use by adults and is not directed to children under 18.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date on this page.
